Weekly Perinatal Yoga Classes

I teach a weekly perinatal yoga practice of stillness, stretching, and relaxation.  Each week we will gently flow and acknowledge our changing body, heart and mind.  Together in community, we will practice love, joy and gratitude.  All yogis are welcome (including babies). No yoga experience needed.
